The façade facing the public road seeks to distance itself and protect itself from the views of the nearest buildings, resorting to an abstract solution that integrates all the elements of the façade, modifying itself according to the arrangement of the sliding panels.
The floors are organized around the staircase, which becomes the reference element. On the first floor it is integrated as an element of the furniture, being used as a shelf, while on the upper floors it adopts a lighter image.
On the first floor are located the day spaces, where the kitchen and living room have a direct relationship with the courtyard, allowing direct use and enjoyment, while on the upper floors are arranged the bedrooms, gaining special relevance the master bedroom solution to meet the needs of the owners.
